Basic Cast Off/Bind Off

Knit the first stitch. Knit a second stitch. Insert the left hand needle into the first knitted stitch and lift that stitch over the second stitch. You have just bound off one stitch. Continue as above until one stitch remains. Cut yarn and draw the tail through the last stitch.

Helpful Hint: If you find your bind off is tight, consider using a larger needle size to bind off.
